Cloudy skies, rains expected across PH due to 3 weather systems

Three weather systems will bring cloudy skies and rains across the country, according to PAGASA's early Saturday morning forecast.

The Intertropical Convergence Zone will affect Visayas and Mindanao and the easterlies will cause cloudy skies and thunderstorms in most parts of Luzon.

Cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms will prevail in Batanes and the Babuyan Islands due to the shear line.

Winds will be moderate to strong and coastal waters will be moderate to rough in the northern and western sections of Northern Luzon.

The rest of the country will expect light to moderate winds and slight to moderate coastal waters.
