Cloudy skies, rains possible over VisMin, parts of Luzon due to ITCZ
MIMAROPA, the Bicol Region, and Quezon, as well as the Visayas and Mindanao, will see cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms because of the Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ), PAGASA said in its early Saturday morning forecast.
Cloudy skies with light rains will prevail over the Cordillera Administrative Region, Cagayan Valley, and Aurora, while the Ilocos Region will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains due to the Northeast Monsoon (Amihan).
Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon will experience localized thunderstorms.
Winds will be moderate to strong along with moderate to rough coastal waters in Northern Luzon. The rest of the country will have light to moderate winds and slight to moderate seas.
