MRT-3 operations suspended on Holy Week for annual maintenance

The Manila Metro Rail Transit Line 3 (MRT-3) will suspend its operations from April 2 to 5 for its annual Holy Week maintenance activity.

In a social media post, MRT-3 said the suspension of operations will ensure safety and efficient service of passengers.

MRT-2 operations will resume on Monday, April 6.

This year's Maundy Thursday falls on April 2, while Easter Sunday will be on April 5.

Light Rail Transit Lines 1 and 2 have yet to make announcements on whether they will also suspend their operations for maintenance. —Mariel Celine Serquiña/LDF, GMA Integrated News
