Minors entitled to free MRT3 rides on November 6

Passengers who are 18 years old and below will get free rides at Metro Rail Transit - Line 3 (MRT3) trains this coming Wednesday in celebration of the 27th National Children's Month, according to its management.

The perk may be availed from 7 a.m. to 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. on November 6, 2019.

Students will have to present their school IDs to get free train rides.

According to the Department of the Interior and Local Government, this year's celebration of the National Children's Month comes with the theme: "Karapatang Pambata: Patuloy na Pahalagahan at Gampanan Tungo sa Magandang Kinabukasan." —Dona Magsino/KG, GMA News
