Roads affected by reblocking and repair on Nov. 15-18, 2019

Motorists plying some areas of Metro Manila may experience heavier than usual traffic as some roads undergo reblocking and repair on Friday, November 15, to Monday, November 18, 2019.

The DPWH said the road reblocking and repair will start on Friday, November 15, 2019, at 11 p.m.

The affected roads will reopen at 5 a.m. on Monday, November 18, 2019.

According to the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH), the following roads will be affected:

EDSA

• southbound of approach B. of P. Tuazon Flyover to approach A. of Boni Serrano Flyover, innermost lane (beside railway)
• northbound after Aurora Boulevard to New York Street, 3rd lane from sidewalk

C-5/ Katipunan Avenue

• northbound after U.P. Town Center, truck lane

A. Bonifacio Ave.

• northbound before Marvex Drive, 2nd lane from sidewalk

General Luis Street

• westbound from Samonte Street to SB Diversion Road

Elliptical Road

• eastbound after Maharlika Street, 7th lane from outer sidewalk

G. Araneta Avenue

• southbound from Bayanin Road intersection

Motorists were advised to expect traffic slowdown and to use possible alternate routes. —LDF, GMA News
