Overnight parking in NAIA suspended until Jan. 5, 2020

The Manila International Airport Authority has disallowed overnight parking in all terminals of the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) from Dec. 26, 2019 to Jan. 5, 2020, according to a report on GMA News TV's State of the Nation on Friday.

MIAA general manager Ed Monreal said this is to ensure parking slots will be available for those bringing or fetching passengers at NAIA.

Airport officials also advised passengers to arrive early at NAIA to avoid inconvenience.

On Friday, NAIA Terminal 4's departure area was crowded.

The parking area of NAIA 3 was also full on Friday, and vehicles were asked to go to other parking areas. —KG, GMA News
