Cebu Pacific suspends flight operations at Dipolog Airport from Oct. 20–24, 2023


Cebu Pacific will suspend its operations at Dipolog Airport in Dipolog City, Zamboanga del Norte from October 20 to 24, 2023 due to runway surface damage.

In a statement, the budget carrier said that the following flights have been cancelled:

• 5J 701/702: Manila – Dipolog – Manila 
• 5J 703/704: Manila – Dipolog – Manila   
• 5J 705/706: Manila – Dipolog – Manila   
• DG 6603/6604: Cebu – Dipolog – Cebu

The airline is offering recovery flights to Pagadian, as well as the options offered on their Manage Booking page: rebooking or rerouting flights; storing the amount in a travel fund; or getting a full refund.

"For customers with existing bookings to and from Dipolog beyond October 24, we will provide an update once a thorough assessment of the runway has been completed," the company said. — BM, GMA Integrated News
