Provincial buses allowed 24/7 on EDSA from Oct. 29 to morning of Nov. 4, 2024

Provincial buses are allowed on EDSA round the clock during the Undas break, the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority announced Tuesday.

In an advisory, the MMDA said that said passage of the buses will be allowed on the national thoroughfare from October 29 to 5 a.m. on November 4 to accommodate the anticipated influx of passengers.

Provincial buses from north Luzon will be permitted to stop at terminals in Cubao, Quezon City, while buses from south Luzon would only be able to travel up to the Parañaque Integrated Terminal Exchange (PITX) in Pasay.

Earlier, the Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board said at least 1,200 public buses and utility vehicles have been granted special permits in line with the Undas traffic.
