Canceled flights on Friday, July 25, 2025

Aviation authorities on Thursday announced the cancellation of local and international flights on Friday, July 25, 2025 due to adverse weather conditions brought about by the Southwest Monsoon or Habagat and tropical cyclones.

Cebu Pacific posted a list of flights that were canceled due to heavy rains and flooding:

• 5J 192/193: Manila – Cauayan – Manila
• 5J 506/507: Manila – Tuguegarao – Manila
• 5J 508/509: Manila – Tuguegarao – Manila

Philippine Airlines posted a list of flights that were canceled:

Domestic

• PR 2196/2197 Manila-Laoag-Manila
• PR 2932/2933 Manila-Basco-Manila
• PR 2014/2015 Manila-Tuguegarao-Manila
• PR 2018/2019 Manila-Cauayan-Manila

International

• PR 407 Osaka (Kansai)-Manila
