Canceled flights on Friday, August 22, 2025
Several flights were canceled on Friday due to inclement weather brought by Tropical Depression Isang.
In an advisory, the Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines (CAAP) reported multiple flight disruptions as of 12 noon amid “unfavorable weather conditions.”
CAAP said the following flights were canceled:

- CEB507: Tuguegarao – Manila
- CEB508: Manila - Tuguegarao
- CEB509: Tuguegarao – Manila
- CEB196: Manila – Cauayan
- CEB197: Cauayan – Manila

- SRQ6068: Cebu – Busuanga
- SRQ6069: Busuanga – Cebu
- SRQ605: Manila – Busuanga
- SRQ6052: Busuanga – Manila
PAL Express
- GAP2963: Manila – Busuanga
- GAP2964: Busuanga – Manila
- GAP2965: Manila – Busuanga
- GAP2966: Busuanga – Manilla

CAAP said the flight disruptions affected 1,019 passengers.
“Passengers are advised to coordinate with their respective airlines for updated flight information and rebooking concerns,” the agency said.
The aviation authority said it continues to closely monitor weather developments and remains in active coordination with airline operators and airport authorities to ensure the safety and welfare of the traveling public. — VAL/BAP, GMA Integrated News
