LIST: Canceled sea trips as of November 24, 2025 due to Verbena
Trips of sea vessels in 13 ports were canceled Monday morning amid the inclement weather brought by Tropical Depression Verbena.
In a social media post, the Philippine Ports Authority said the following trips are affected:
PMO Batangas
- MONTENEGRO: Batangas - Odiongan
- STARLITE: Batangas-Romblon - Sibuyan - Roxas
- 2GO: Batangas - Caticlan - Roxas City
- OCEANJET :Batangas - Calapan
PMO Mindoro
- All vessels/watercrafts plying the route within the areas of Oriental Mindoro:
- Bulalacao – Caticlan (vice versa)
- Roxas – Caticlan (vice versa)
- Roxas – Odiongan (vice versa)
PMO Marinduque/Quezon
- All vessels and watercrafts within the AOR of CGS Southern Quezon to Romblon, and mainland Masbate
PMO Palawan
- MV Maria Isabel, Cuyo – Iloilo
PMO Bohol
- All trips
PMO Masbate
- All vessels/watercrafts, regardless of type or tonnage, plying in the mainland of Masbate
PMO Panay/Guimaras
- Port of Dumangas, Iloilo – Bacolod
- Iloilo Fastcraft Terminal, Iloilo City – Bacolod City
- Port of Sibunag, Guimaras – Pulupandan, Negros Occidental
- Bay-ang, Ajuy (FF Cruz Private Port) – EB Magalona, Negros Occidental
PMO Negros Occidental (Bacolod/Banago/Bredco)
- All trips
PMO Western Leyte/Biliran
- All trips
PMO Eastern Leyte/Samar
- Port of Liloan
- Port of San Juan, Cabalian
- Port of St. Bernard
- Port of Sogod
- Port of Catbalogan
- Port of Amandayehan
PMO Surigao
- All trips
PMO Agusan
- Port of Nasipit: Cokaliong MV Filipinas Agusan del Norte – Nasipit to Jagna, Bohol
