Trips in 17 seaports were canceled Tuesday, November 25, 2025, due to inclement weather brought by Tropical Depression Verbena.

The Philippine Coast Guard said more than 5,500 people were stranded at different seaports

In its 8 a.m. advisory, PAGASA said Verbena moves west northwestward and is now over Negros Oriental. As of 7 a.m., the center of Tropical Depression Verbena was located in the vicinity of Canlaon City, Negros Oriental.
