PAL cancels some April–May flights amid fuel crisis
Philippine Airlines (PAL) on Thursday announced several flight cancellations as part of adjustments prompted by the ongoing fuel crisis.
In an advisory, the carrier said it is working to keep disruptions to a minimum and will continue reviewing route conditions in the coming days.
Affected Routes and Flights
International
- PR120/PR121 – Cebu–Guam (from April 16 until further notice)
- PR587/PR588 – Cebu–Ho Chi Minh City (from April 19 until further notice; except May 1, 3, 24, and 31)
Domestic
- PR2875/PR2876 – Clark–Siargao (from May 4 until further notice)
- PR2893/PR2894 – Cebu–Ozamiz (from May 5 until further notice)
- PR2668/PR2669 – Cebu–Calbayog (from May 6 until further notice)
PAL advised affected passengers to contact its official website, call center, or ticket offices to choose from the following options:
- Free rebooking to an alternative route within 60 days
- Conversion of tickets into travel credits
- Full refund in accordance with company policies
The airline also noted that alternative routing options are being explored for cargo operations affected by the crisis.
