LIST: Canceled flights on June 11 to 14, 2026 due to the Mindanao earthquake

Some flights have been canceled from Thursday, June 11, to Sunday, June 14, 2026, due to the magnitude 7.8 earthquake that hit parts of Mindanao early Monday morning.

Cebu Pacific (CEB) has cancelled additional flights:

June 12:

• 5J 249/250: Cebu – General Santos – Cebu

June 13, 14:

• 5J 251/252: Cebu – General Santos – Cebu

June 12, 13, 14:

• 5J 991/992: Manila – General Santos – Manila
• 5J 993/994: Manila – General Santos – Manila
• 5J 995/996: Manila – General Santos – Manila
• 5J 997/998: Manila – General Santos – Manila
• 5J 4843/4844 Iloilo – General Santos – Iloilo

As of June 10, 2026, 9 p.m., Philippine Airlines (PAL) advises that all flights to and from General Santos City (GES) scheduled from June 11 - 14, 2026, have been canceled following the strong earthquake that affected parts of Mindanao:⁣

• PR 453/454 Manila-General Santos-Manila
• PR 2455/2456 Manila-General Santos-Manila
• PR 2339/2340 Cebu-General Santos-Cebu
• PR 2357/2358 Cebu-General Santos-Cebu

Meanwhile, the Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines (CAAP) has extended the Notice to Airmen (NOTAM) for General Santos Airport.

The new NOTAM is effective from 4:56 PM on June 10 until 6:00 PM on June 14.

Only government, military, and humanitarian flights are permitted to operate at the airport following the magnitude 7.8 earthquake that struck Sarangani.
