WALANG PASOK: Face-to-face class suspensions on Tuesday, September 29, 2026

Classes for Tuesday, September 29, 2026, have been suspended in some areas due to the transport strike to be conducted by some groups.

• Albay: no face-to-face classes, all levels, public and private from September 29 to 30. Alternative learning modalities to be implemented.

Schools and universities

Adamson University - Sept. 28 to 29

Arellano University - all year levels across all campuses will shift to online learning

Bicol University - Online Classes and Work-From-Home Arrangement

Carlos Hilado Memorial State University - no face-to-face classes in the Alijis, Fortune Towne, and Talisay campuses

Centro Escolar University - Manila and Makati, shift to online learning

Far Eastern University - Manila and Makati City campus - Sept. 28 to 30

Philippine Normal University-Manila - Sept. 29

San Sebastian College - Recoletos (Integrated Basic Education Department and College Department) - Sept. 28 to 30

St. Scholastica's College - all classes - Sept. 29

Technological Institute of the Philippines - Sept. 29 to 30

University of the East-Manila and Caloocan - Sept. 29 to 30

University of Sto. Tomas - Sept. 28 to 29

Transport group Manibela will hold a transport strike from September 28 to 30, while PISTON will conduct theirs from September 29 to 30.
