Classes for Thursday, July 3, 2025, have been cancelled in several areas due to heavy rains brought by the Low Pressure Area, according to a report on State of the Nation and local government unit announcements.

• Bacnotan, La Union - pre-school - Grade 12 (public schools)
• Camalaniugan, Cagayan - all levels, public and private
• Cavite City - all levels, public and private
• Gonzaga, Cagayan - pre-school - Grade 12
• Las Piñas - all levels, public and private
• Malabon - all levels, public and private
• Manila - Kindergarten - Grade 12 (starting 12 noon) 
• Muntinlupa - Kindergarten and afternoon classes in all levels, public and private (starting 12 noon) 
• Marikina - all levels, public and private
• Naic, Cavite - all levels, public and private
• Pasay - all levels, public and private (afternoon classes)
• Pasig City - online and in-person classes, from Kindergarten to Senior High School  
• Parañaque - all levels, public and private
• Quezon City - Kindergarten - Grade 12 (afternoon classes)
• San Juan - all levels, public and private (staring 12 noon)
