WALANG PASOK: Class suspensions for Thursday, October 9, 2025 due to La Union quake

Several areas in the provinces of La Union and Pangasinan and Baguio City suspended classes and work in government offices Thursday following the magnitude 4.4 earthquake that jolted Pugo, La Union.

Here is the list:

La Union

• Municipality of Pugo – classes at all levels and work in government offices
• Municipality of Bauang – classes at all levels, public and private
• Municipality of Mapandan – classes at all levels, public and private, except for Mapandan National High School and Mapandan Central School

Benguet

• Baguio City – classes from pre-school to senior high school, public and private

Pangasinan

• Municipality of Mangaldan – classes in all levels public and work in government offices
• Municipality of Rosales – classes in all levels, public and private
• Municipality of Asingan – classes in all levels, public and private; shift to modular/asynchronous/distant learning
