WALANG PASOK: Class, work suspensions for Saturday, October 11, 2025 due to Davao Oriental earthquake

Several areas in the Davao Region provinces suspended classes and work on Saturday, October 11, 2025, following the magnitude 7.4 earthquake that jolted Manay town in Davao Oriental.

Here is the list:

Davao City - all levels, public and private, to give way to the ongoing structural assessment of infrastructures and facilities.  Suspension is until Monday, October 13, 2025.

Davao Oriental - all levels, public and private, "suspended until safety assessments are completed and resumption is deemed safe by competent authorities."
Work in all public and private offices in affected areas is also "temporarily suspended," except for agencies involved in disaster response, emergency services and essential operations.
