• University of Sto. Tomas - no classes in all levels and office work on Aug. 19; Enhanced Virtual Mode of Instruction on Thursday, August 20 and Saturday, August 22. Remote work arrangements on Aug. 20 and 22. No classes and office work on Friday, August 21, in commemoration of Ninoy Aquino Day.
• University of the East Manila and Caloocan - K to 12 and Colleges: shift to asynchronous classes; College of Law and College of Dentistry Classes and Clinic: Online Synchronous; Graduate School: Online Synchronous or Asynchronous, at the discretion of the faculty

CALABARZON

• Batangas City — all levels, public and private, shift to online/modular distance learning

Cavite — all levels, private and public; government offices to continue regular operations, unless separate directives are issued

• Carmona — No face-to-face classes, all levels, public and private
• Silang — Face-to-face classes suspended, all levels, public and private

Laguna - all levels, public and private, shift to online/modular distance learning

MIMAROPA

• Oriental Mindoro - Elementary to College, public and private, and government offices

National Capital Region

• Marikina - all levels, public and private
• Valenzuela - Face-to-face classes suspended, all levels

Region I

• La Union - all levels, shift to online/modular distance learning
