A local government unit in Northern Luzon announced the suspension of in-person classes for Tuesday, Aug. 25, 2026, due to prevailing weather conditions.

Pangasinan

• Mangaldan - pre-school to high school, public and private, shift to alternative delivery modes
• Bugallon - all face to face classes, public and private, shift to modular distance learning
• Lingayen - all levels, public and private, shift to alternative delivery modes

Pampanga

• Apalit - all face to face classes in the following schools:
  • Fausto Gonzales Sioco MS
  • Macario Arnedo ES
  • Paligui ES
  • Sampaga ES
  • Sampaloc ES
  • Sucad ES
  • Sampaga NHS
  • Senior High School Stand Alone
  • ACTEC
