Alden Richard says upcoming 'GGV' guesting is 'one of the best interviews I've had'

Alden Richards is all praises for Vice Ganda over his guesting in the much awaited pilot episode of "Gandang Gabi Vice" on GMA.

In an interview with GMA News Online at the sidelines of the Preview Ball on Thursday, the Kapuso actor said it has been a while since he guested on talk shows, and thanked host Vice Ganda for how she conducted the interview.

"It was a fun experience for me. I can't put it in words. It's one of the best interviews I've had, maybe in my 15 years in show business, so I'm really grateful for Vice for making the interview so light and meaningful," he said.

"It's a very grounding experience for me, and it's a very black-and-white, humble, no pretension, no showbiz interview," he added.

For Vice, she said "deserve namin" to have Alden as the first guest on the show.

"We're on GMA now, of course I want one of GMA's biggest stars to join me," she told the press in Filipino at the Preview Ball. "And that's what I've been looking forward to, to interview Kapuso stars."

"In almost 10 years of Gandang Gabi Vice, I only got to interview a number of Kapuso star, so this is my chance to chat with them," she added.

Alden's episode will premiere on Sunday, September 13, at 10 p.m.

In August, it was announced that "Gandang Gabi Vice" will be aired on GMA Network, marking another collaboration with ABS-CBN. —with reports from Carby Rose Basina/JCB, GMA News
