Jopay Paguia responds to alleged rift with Rochelle Pangilinan

Jopay Paguia has broken her silence on her alleged rift with Sexbomb Girls leader, Rochelle Pangilinan.

On Sunday’s episode of “Kalurks,” where Viva Hot Babes Maui Taylor, Katya Santos, at Andrea Del Rosario guested, Jopay sent her short statement to DJ Jhai Ho, saying she has "no comment on that," pertaining to the alleged rift with her fellow SexBomb member.

“Let’s just let Rochelle do the talking,” she added in Filipino. “As long as it makes her happy, we’ll support her.”

Jopay's short statement comes at the heels of an episode of “Fast Talk with Boy Abunda,” where Rochelle said there will always be misunderstandings in every group or family.

“But it still depends on how that will be fixed,” Rochelle said in Filipino. “Case-to-case basis. If one wants to fix it, it will be fixed.”

The alleged rift within the SexBomb Girls came to light after Jopay and Sunshine Garcia were notably absent from the “Mama Mama” music video.

The SexBomb Girls first reunited for a concert at the Araneta Coliseum in December 2025, but the overwhelming ticket demand had them performing for more shows.

They also headed on a world tour, visiting cities in Australia and the United States.

Rochelle also previously teased that the SexBomb Girls are working on new projects for their fans, including new music and a documentary series.

They have since released a coffee table book about their reunion.

"Kalurks" is a new talk show that airs Sunday night on GTV. It has Ashley Rivera, Baus Rufo, and DJ Jhai Ho as its hosts. — LA, GMA News
