Sofia Pablo, Iñigo Jose to star in 'Magpakailanman' episode 'Amnesia Girl'

Sofia Pablo and Iñigo Jose's newest project together is “Magpakailanman” episode.

According to Nelson Canlas’ report in “24 Oras Weekend” on Saturday, the two former “PBB Celebrity Collab 2.0” housemates will appear in the drama anthology’s episode “Amnesia Girl” which will air on Saturday, October 17.

Sofia will portray a young woman experiencing depression, a role she said hits close to home because of her personal experiences with her mother.

“I didn’t have to do research because I grew up with my mom experiencing depression, so I’ve witnessed her episodes. In a way, my mom also became my inspiration because I saw her at her lowest. That gave me a deeper emotional connection to the character,” Sofia said in a mix of Filipino and English.

Meanwhile, Iñigo shared how he and Sofia worked together in preparing for their respective roles, with the actress helping her co-star portray his character, Mark.

“The way we approach teamwork, it’s really about having a shared goal, which makes it easy for us to get along. That’s what I had in mind,” Iñigo said.

The two recently appeared in “Taskforce Firewall” and “Barangay Love Stories.”

Sofia and Iñigo were both housemates in "Pinoy Big Brother: Celebrity Collab Edition 2.0."

Iñigo was evicted in December with Lee Victor, while Sofia was evicted in January alongside Eliza Borromeo.

In June, Sofia and Iñigo held a charity event together.

In July, they met up with their supporters for the "Sofiño: Our Own World" fan event in Mandaluyong City.

They starred in Paul N Ballin and Nateman Asian’s music video for "Sinayang Mo” in August.
