Sanya Lopez reveals she and non-showbiz BF have talked about marriage

Sanya Lopez has revealed that she and her non-showbiz boyfriend have already discussed marriage.

In Nelson Canlas' report on "24 Oras" Thursday, the "Red Crown" star shared that it is not about how long a couple has been together.

"Rather, it's about when you start to think about whether this person is the one you should marry or not," she said in Filipino.

"We've talked about it, too. If we eventually reach that point, it's good that we are prepared. I feel like when I do get married, only he and I will know about it."

Sanya also opened up about her relationship with her boyfriend, explaining that keeping it private means fewer people meddle or get involved.

"Only a select few know, whatever you find out, that’s up to you. The disadvantage is that I'm not able to post about him, even though I really, really want to," she shared.

Meanwhile, Sanya's "Red Crown" co-star Ashley Ortega said she has gotten used to being in a public relationship as she and boyfriend Mavy Legaspi are both artists.

"We can't hide it, but at the same time we keep our private things to ourselves," she said.

Ashley also recalled that back when she and Mavy were still dating, she was clear that she wanted her next boyfriend to be her last.

"I'm not here to play around, and I want a long-term relationship," she added.

Ashley confirmed her relationship with Mavy in February 2025. Meanwhile, Sanya revealed in February this year that she is in a relationship.

"Red Crown" will premiere in cinemas nationwide on October 28.

Directed by Dominic Zapata, it brings together an all-star cast of beauty queens and actresses, including Michelle Dee, Faith Da Silva, AZ Martinez, Shuvee Etrata, and Ahtisa Manalo, among others.
