'PBB Collab 3.0': Get to know Ethan Benares, Ang Sporty Palangga ng Bacolod
Ethan Benares is slowly making his name known inside "Pinoy Big Brother: Collab Edition 3.0."
Dubbed the Sporty Palangga ng Bacolod, the young Sparkle star started his career as a contestant on the second edition of the talent search Sparkle Campus Cutie before making his way to Bahay ni Kuya.
Here's what you need to know about Ethan.
1. He is a BS Psychology student
When Ethan competed in Sparkle's Campus Cutie, he was introduced as the "Morenong Beach Boy ng Bacolod City." In his introduction video, Ethan shared that he is a first year student, taking up BS Psychology at the University of St. La Salle.
Ethan's favorite subject is math, saying that he finds it "therapeutic."
"Once you start understanding the formulas, you start solving them easily. And that is why I love math," he said.
2. Ethan loves water sports
Ethan is all about sports, especially those involving water.
In his Campus Cutie introduction video, he loves camping, boating, fishing, and jet-skiing.
"As long as it's the sea, I'm g," Ethan said.
3. He is a fitness buff
Aside from his love for outdoor sports, Ethan is also a gym buff.
On Instagram, he would post his workouts, starting with stretching to exercises with weights.
4. He plays basketball
Ethan also enjoys playing basketball and has played some hoops with the Campus Cutie contestants.
On Instagram, he posted some of his game highlights, showing his well-rounded skills. He could shoot, pass, finish, and even block shots.
5. Ethan is a mama's boy
Ethan is one proud mama's boy.
He previously posted photos with his mother on Instagram, showing their bonding session at a mall.
