Maine confesses she was with Richard Faulkerson Jr., not Alden, in Boracay

Ibinahagi ng Dubsmash Queen at Kalyeserye sweetheart na si Maine Mendoza sa kaniyang blog ang kuwento sa likod ng sorpresang pagdating ng Pambansang Bae na si Alden Richards sa Boracay para sa kaniyang kaarawan ngayong Marso.

Ayon kay Maine, hindi raw ang Pambansang Bae ang nakasama niya kundi si Richard Faulkerson, Jr.—ang tunay na pangalan ni Alden.

"Here’s a confession about having to spend an afternoon in Boracay with Alden Richards...nope, scratch that, with Richard Faulkerson Jr.," aniya at ibinihagi pa na kahit isang segundo raw ay 'di niya naramdaman na ang kasama niya ay ang "pambansang bae."

"From the moment we hopped inside the boat until his goodbye hug, not even once did I catch a glimpse of the Alden Richards we normally see on TV," saad ni Maine.

Paliwanag pa niya, "He was different; he was his normal-self. He was like a normal guy—more like a kid—having fun. He was enjoying every moment and you could see it in his gleaming eyes. Gleaming eyes that nobody gets to see regularly."

"He needed this time off; he needed to take a break from everything even just for a little while. And aside from being oh-so happy that he surprised me, the fact that he got to take a day off to unwind and have REAL fun meant so much more. You deserved the short break, RJ. I am so happy you had fun," pagtatapos ng dalaga.

Ibinihagi din ng dalaga na labis niyang ikinagulat ang pagdating ni Alden, at halos sampung minuto ang nakalipas bago siya makapaniwala na nandoon talaga ang kaniyang ka-loveteam. 

Aniya, "I knew he was gonna come but I didn’t know he’ll arrive early. It took me 10 minutes to grasp the actuality that he was there. Oh my God nalang ako ng oh my God."

"Okay so andyan na sya, now what? What’s the plan? Are we just going to stare at each other until I become conscious of the fact that Alden is in front of me at this very moment? Ano ba to? Joke ba to? What are we gonna do?" dagdag pa niya.

Dahil kailangan nang umuwi ni Alden bago matapos ang araw, sinulit na raw nila ang iilang oras na magkasama sila sa Boracay.

Habang magkasama, nagkaroon daw sila ng pagkakataong makapag-usap, at inamin raw sa kaniya ng Kapuso heartthrob na ito ang unang beses na ginawa niya ang ganitong klaseng sorpresa para sa kahit na sino.

Ayon kay Maine, "Well uhm it’s not that bad to try something new, diba? And I am really glad that I am the first one who got to see this side of yours."

Iba't ibang activities ang ginawa ng dalawa, tulad ng SCUBA diving, jet-skiing, parasailing, Banana Boat, Flying Fish, at marami pang iba.

Hindi naman itinanggi ng dalaga na nalungkot siya nang kinailangan nang umuwi ni Alden.

"Quiet lang ako sa boat on our way back. It’s just....we were really having a whale of a time and then the next thing, he already has to leave. Lungkot lang but c’est la vie, at least we get to spend time and have fun on our own. (It was the first time!)," aniya.

"Anyway we took lots of polaroid photos and videos plus, there is always a next time! The important thing is we had a great time together—REALLY great time," dagdag pa ni Maine.

Sa huli, inamin ng phenomenal Kalyeserye star na kakaibang karanasan ang makasama si Alden sa isang bakasyon kahit na sandali lamang ang panahong naibigay sa kanila. — Bianca Rose Dabu/AT, GMA News
