Rhian Ramos unloads frustrations about lifting of ‘coding window’ on EDSA and C5
Kapuso actress Rhian Ramos was decidedly disappointed about the decision of the Department of Transportation and the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority to temporarily lift the coding window on EDSA and C5 from October 31 to January 31.
The 10 a.m. to 3 .p.m window hours for cars prohibited from plying the roads will be suspended to manage the heavy traffic during Christmas rush.
In a series of tweets, Ramos declared that she wants to be treated "like a good citizen, not like everything[']s my fault."
It just sucks that its the private motorists that again need to pay when i know there are so many other areas we can up our game.

Ramos criticized the lack of alternatives for private car owners, saying that she wouldn't mind taking the bus if she was assured a "safe seat" and the bus didn't "swerve in and out of lanes."
She would also take the jeep if there were designated stops and she "wouldn[']t have to run to the middle of the street."
Honestly, i wouldnt mind taking public transpo if i was assured a safe seat on a bus that didnt swerve in and out of lanes..

...or if there were stops for jeepneys so i wouldnt have to run to the middle of the street..

...or if i had faith the the trains were plenty and well maintained..

"Gusto ko tuloy magpatayo ng car dealership. Gusto ko din naman magbenefit diyan," Ramos added, explaining in other tweets that those who can afford it would simply buy another car to get around the road prohibition.
Will Philippine homes just have 1 extra car in the garage, or will everyone instantly be taking public transport? Priorities please
