What Maria Ozawa's boyfriend thinks of 'Itaas mo ang bandilang Pinoy' comments

Since going public with his relationship with Maria Ozawa, chef and model Jose Sarasola has been the subject of many online comments because of the romance.

In an interview with Allan Sancon on PEP.ph, he opened up about the feedback he gets online.

Even he was surprised and amused by some comments he receives from Pinoy netizens.

"The Philippines, actually, medyo supportive," he said. "Sorry sa term, medyo baduy pero, 'Wow, itaas mo ang bandila ng Pilipinas!' Mga ganoon. Nakakatawa, but ganoon 'yung mga sinasabi nila."

He added that it was netizens from outside the Philippines who tend to leave rude comments. —JST, GMA News
