Gabbi Garcia is out of the hospital and is now in Tokyo

After getting cleared by her doctors, Kapuso actor Gabbi Garcia is out of the hospital and back to work.

On her Instagram account Thursday afternoon, Gabbi updated her followers that she is in the land of the rising sun. According to Artist Center, Gabbi is in Tokyo for a new project.

While they can’t yet mention what that new project is, we’re guessing it has something to do with an international makeup brand? Because check out that folder Gabbi is holding in the photo. And look at those hashtags!

Earlier in the week, Gabbi was criticized for missing the Monday press conference of "Sherlock, Jr." a new show on GMA of which she is a part.

She had to issue an explanation on Twitter, saying she was actually confined in the hospital for a kidney infection. 

Thankfully, she recovered in time for the Tokyo project. You can bet we’re on standby for the big reveal. Watch this space. — LA, GMA News
