Kiko congratulates wife Sharon, who assures fans that he is ‘super secure’

The #ShaGab reunion remained hot topic throughout Friday and fans couldn't help but be a little wistful — maybe another project and perhaps, something more?

A day prior to the release of the Valentine's Day video "Kumusta Ka" that saw Kapuso actor Gabby Concepcion and Megastar Sharon Cuneta "catching up" after all these years, Sharon had posted a throwback photo on Instagram.

In the picture, she and Gabby are seen showering their baby daughter KC with affection.

Sharonian @jayedjanjed in the comments section mused out loud that it's remarkable that Sharon's husband, Senator Kiko Pangilinan, doesn't get bothered that she's working with her ex.

"Naku, super secure si Kiko. Supportive!" Sharon declared.

On his own Facebook page, Kiko only had good things to say about the viral video.

"Congratulations on your nomination for Best Actress in this year's STAR Awards and on the highly successful McDo commercial launch, Sweetheart! Hallelujah! God is good," the senator wrote.

Sharon and Gabby were married from 1984 to 1987. Sharon and Kiko were married in 1996 and have been together since. — Aya Tantiangco, GMA News
