Jessa Zaragoza reveals she had a miscarriage last April

Jessa Zaragoza paid tribute to her daughter Jayda, who was celebrating her 15th birthday, while revealing that she leaned on the teenager to carry her through some tough times.

The Pepito Manaloto star revealed on Instagram that she had a miscarriage last April.

"I’d like to take this time Anak para pasalamatan ka, for helping me face the trials I’ve gone through this past Holy Week," wrote Jessa of her only daughter with husband Dingdong Avanzado.

 

Anak I’m feeling kinda emotional right now, thinking about you and the thought na 15 years old ka na bukas!???? I’m just so proud of you Anak. I admire kung paano mo natutunan ihandle ang mga adversities that have come your way. Maliit man o malaki. Kung paano mo sha inapproach with maturity and paano mo sinasali ang Panginuon sa bawat yugto ng Buhay mo. I just want to thank you for being YOU, magpapaka Nanay na ako ha ???? pero totoo naman, You’re face is as beautiful as your heart ???? You are strong but you remain humble, You are smart, so talented and you don’t take the gifts that GOD has given you, for granted. Nakikita ko pano mo inaapply ang discipline mo in honing your craft at yung respeto mo sa industriyang pinasok mo. You are still the same, simula ng bata ka, You never forget to say THANK YOU to us, even to our staff, our driver, basta taong involved na kasama mo after a whole day of work, bago pa tayo makapasok sa gate natin, You say sorry agad agad kung kailangan, ayaw na ayaw mo na may masasaktan ka o mapapahiya. Naiiyak ako ngayon pag naiisip ko kung gaano ka ka compassionate sa ibang tao. Kahit nga sa aso mo, kahit may allergy ka sa anything with fur. Of course you are not perfect, kasi sa ganda mong yan ang lakas mong kumain lalo na ng chips!!! Favorite mo ang doritos at tostitos with Salsa, burger, pasta bolognese & pizza. Mejo ayaw mo nga lang mamigay ng french fries ???????????? But nevertheless, I’m just so thankful to the LORD na ako ang napili nya na Maging Nanay mo. "When I had a Miscarriage last April, you reminded me that LIFE is a Gift. Thank you Anak for helping me move on and helping me realize na 'Wag natin sayangin ang bawat araw maging malungkot' We are still so blessed in many ways," she added.

Jessa also highlighted the kindness that Jayda displays.

"You never forget to say THANK YOU to us, even to our staff, our driver, basta taong involved na kasama mo after a whole day of work, bago pa tayo makapasok sa gate natin, You say sorry agad agad kung kailangan, ayaw na ayaw mo na may masasaktan ka o mapapahiya. With her daughter turning a year older, Jessa wished that more people would recognize Jayda.
