Who is the handsome foreigner accompanying Glaiza de Castro to her events?

"Contessa" star Glaiza de Castro answered questions about the foreigner dude who recently appeared in one of her events.

According to a report on Balitanghali by Lhar Santiago, Glaiza's companion is David Rainey, a surfing instructor from Ireland who has been going back and forth in the Philippine since the two met in January in Siargao. 

Glaiza said the two of them enjoy each other's company.

"Masaya ako na nakikita niya 'yong mga pinagagagawa ko. Minsan tinatanong ko siya na sigurado ka ba na sasama ka? Pero masaya ako na nag-e-enjoy naman siya at nag-e-enjoy rin naman ako na kasama siya."

She noted that nothing is official yet and David is just visiting while on vacation.

"Titignan pa rin natin kasi wala pa naman kaming final na kung ano man 'yong iniisip ng iba. Okay, porque't kasama ko or ano nandiyan ngayon, basta ngayon bumibista siya, nagbabakasyon  at nag-eenjoy."

Guess who will also be in London when Glaiza heads to the Big Smoke to look for a school to pursue a degree in music production? Uh huh, starts with a "D" and ends with an "avid."

"May mga sisters siya dun so I think plano niya na mag-stay din doon for a while, to visit his sisters. Tapos ayun baka mag-hangout kami and tulungan niya rin ako doon sa mga ibang schools," Glaiza continued.

And while many people are making connections between her new haircut and David, Glaiza clarified it had nothing to do with the Irish surfer. 

"Honestly, sira na talaga yong buhok ko kasi after ng Contessa iba na talaga 'yong texture niya, [kaya naisip] ko talaga na magpagupit na after," Glaiza said.
