Rayver, happy to be working with awesome and talented actors, including Janine's mom Lotlot

It’s raining blessings for Rayver Cruz, who, upon returning to GMA-7, has become quite busy with two new shows: "Studio 7" and "Asawa Ko, Karibal Ko."

In a 24 Oras report, Lhar Santiago said the actor is stoked to be working with awesome actors including Lotlot de Leon, with whom he’s become quite close.

Lotlot is the mom of Janine Gutierrez, who is being linked to the actor.

“Kahit naman hindi sa set, i-te-text ko siya. ‘Ate Lot, lutuan mo naman ako ng adobo’,” Rayver smiles, adding Lotlot is a great cook.

The two are among the cast members of upcoming afternoon drama "Asawa Ko Karibal Ko," which will premiere on October 22.

In September, Rayver admitted he was still courting Janine. “We’re dating. We’re going out. Super close kami ngayon and yun yung okay. Nobody’s rushing. Yung mga ganung bagay, mas okay na dahan-dahan talaga,” he told GMA reporter Nelson Canlas then.
