Is he Ciara Sotto's mystery date at her parent's anniversary celebration last September?

On Instagram, Ciara Sotto posted a photo of herself with a tall, handsome man and it looks like they're enjoying a blazing hot afternoon strolling down Bonifacio High Street in Taguig.

She tagged the handsome fella, which led us to discover...that his name is Ian Austin. And that is all.

Could he be the mystery date that  Ciara brought to her parents' anniversary celebration last September?

If you'll remember, Ciara's brother Gian Sotto shared a photo of the family last September during the anniversary of their parents Helen Gamboa and Sen. Tito Sotto.

Ciara ended things estranged husband Jojo Oconer two years ago. In June, Ciara said their annulment is currently in the process.
