Paolo Ballesteros surprises Kenneth Concepcion with flowers
Paolo Ballesteros and Kenneth Concepcion haven’t confirmed anything about their status just yet but the two appear frequently on each other’s Instagram accounts — enough for their followers to know two things: (1) their pet name for each another is Siopao and (2) flowers are a big thing.
On his birthday, Paolo posted a bouquet of flora, presumably from Kenneth, and captioned it: "yii aga happy birthday to me.”

More recently, Kenneth posted a photo of himself slumped in bed with a box of flowers, and a teddy bear to boot too. In the caption, we learn it’s from Paolo.
“Thank you for the surprise! You truly know how to cheer me up on a very exhausting day. I really appreciate your sweetness siopao,” Kenneth wrote.
Tagged in the photo is the king of Makeup Transformation.
It was in November when Paolo and Kenneth started appearing in each other’s IG.
