Julie Anne San Jose renews contract with Universal Records


Asia's Pop Sweetheart Julie Anne San Jose will continue to share her music as she renewed her contract with Universal Records on Wednesday.

Present at the contract were Universal Records General Manager Kathleen Dy Go, Operations Manager Peter Chan, and GMA-7 Senior AVP for Alternative Productions Gigi Santiago-Lara.

 

 

Julie Anne first inked a contract with the Universal Records in 2017, releasing an album called "Breakthrough" soon after.

She previously released four albums under GMA Records: Julie Anne San Jose (2012, Deluxe Edition), Deeper (2014), Forever (2015,EP) at Chasing the Light (2016).

Julie Anne renewed her contract a day after she took home the Urban Song of the Year award for her single "Down for Me" at the 4th Wish Awards on Tuesday at the Smart Araneta Coliseum.

Julie also won the Bronze Wishclusive Elite Circle award for her cover of Parokya ni Edgar’s “Your Song.” — Jannielyn Ann Bigtas / LA / AT, GMA News
