Kris Bernal has a curious ritual before and after shooting for 'Hanggang Sa Dulo Ng Buhay Ko'

Kris Bernal revealed that it has become a ritual for her to pray before she shoots and goes in character as her ghost role Naomi in the GMA-7 series "Hanggang Sa Dulo Ng Buhay Ko."

"Magdadasal muna ako kasi mahirap na na malapitan ako ng bad spirit," Kris told GMA News Online in an interview after her talk at the Cosmo Beauty Con 2019.

She adds the technical part of her role is easy — she doesn't have much lines to say — but The Kapuso actor is challenged by the fact that her role requires her to think bad thoughts.

"Kailangan medyo evil-like, ka so medyo mahirap," Kris told GMA News Online.

Kris also has a ritual after the shoot, to make sure she really lets go of the role.

"Pagkabihis ko, pagtanggal ng damit ko makikipagusap ako sa mga tao ganyan, makikipagchikahan ako," she narrated.

"Kasi ang hirap na kapag dinala ko siya na, masungit na ko. Sa lahat ng ganito na ako ang kontrabida, parang ang hirap lang din. So nakikipagusap muna ako sa mga tao," she added.

Aside from her showbiz career, Kris is also busy with her makeup line SHE Cosmetics and her Korean restaurant in banawe House of Gogi. — LA, GMA News
