Derek Ramsay and Andrea Torres confirm relationship: 'We're more than friends'

Derek Ramsay and Andrea Torres confirmed that they are dating. 

"We're more than friends,” Derek told reporters after being asked to confirm they are officially together.

While they were both hesitant to put a label on their relationship, the two admitted that they are both happy with each other.

"We're happy together, that's already on the table," Derek said. "We both enjoy being with each other, whether it's at work."

Derek said Andrea has been showing him support even outside their jobs as on-screen partners in "The Better Woman."

“She doesn't have to go to Dubai with me tomorrow, pero she's supporting me in my games there,” he said.

Derek confirmed that they are at a stage where they "both have feelings for each other, na it's not just we're both physically attracted."

He said their relationship grew deep "in the sense na she has met my parents, I've met her parents, our parents have met.”

While Andrea did not directly answer questions about the label of their relationship, she said it's hard to deny that she's on a different level of happiness right now.

"Sobrang saya, marami naman nakakapansin," she said.

"Ngayon lang din ako naging vocal, ngayon lang din ako nagpo-post na hindi family, hindi work or sarili ko kaya siguro halatang halatang halata, but then ganong nga kasi di ba minsan pagka masyadong kang happy hindi mo ma-keep sa feeling mo," she continued.
