Gretchen Barretto brushes off photos with Atong Ang: 'Nothing wrong with these photos'

Netizens are on a feeding frenzy over photos of Gretchen Barretto and businessman Atong Ang that surfaced online.

But the eldest Barretto sister remained unbothered, saying that there was nothing wrong with the photos.

In her Instagram stories, Gretchen reposted said photos which were sent to her by people seeking an explanation.

One of the photos showed her and Atong sleeping on a plane.

"Unaware," Gretchen commented. "It is clear I was asleep on a plane ride."

She also reposted a photoset released by a Twitter user, showing her and Atong together at the airport. There was also a photo of them seemingly holding hands in the plane.

"Nothing wrong with these photos," Gretchen said. "Fully clothed, no naked photos like of Marjorie Itchie-very."

Gretchen's alleged relations with Atong was supposedly the cause of the controversial scuffle between her and niece Nicole at her father Miguel Barretto's wake.

Gretchen had previously addressed Nicole's allegations that she "stole" Atong from her, saying "Oh I'm sorry. I was told Nicole stole Atong from her aunt Claudine."

"You just gave birth and have a boyfriend and yet, hinahabol mo ang cliente mong si Atong," she also said.

Meanwhile, Atong had outright denied any relationship with the three Barretto ladies.

Atong clarified that Nicole and her mother Marichi used to work for him, and that he once helped Claudine with her issues with Martin Castro. Meanwhile, Gretchen and her partner Tonyboy Cojuangco are business partners in his sabong and casino businesses.
