Meet 'The ScAvengers,' Bubble Gang's superheroes for its 24th anniversary special

Bubble Gang has released the official photos of its cast dressed up as "The ScAvengers" and it's already enough to get us cackling.

The multi-awarded gag show is treating its viewers with a two-part superhero telemovie special in celebration of its 24th anniversary.

"The ScAvengers" is a word play on Marvel Studio's "The Avengers."

The story revolves around an outcast group of homeless people who scavenge for a living and find extraordinary scraps which fell from the outer space. Little do they know that these garbage possess superpowers that will transform them from outcasts to their barangay’s greatest superheroes.

The special also features the special participation of Manila Mayor Isko Moreno as Yorme and Marvel's Spiderman star Jacob Batalon as Need.

“The ScAvengers” is airing on November 15 and 22.
