Korean actor Ji Chang-wook to meet PHL fans in 2020


Korean actor Ji Chang-wook is scheduled to meet Filipino fans at his Asia Fan Meeting Tour next year, his talent agency Glorious Entertainment announced on Thursday morning.

"We thank domestic and foreign fans for sending a lot of love and support to Ji Chang Wook's activities in 2019. To return the love, Ji Chang Wook Asia Fan Meeting Tour 'Waiting for you' will be held," Glorious Entertainment said in its official website.

The 32-year old Korean heartthrob will be visiting seven countries, namely, Korea, Taiwan, Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia, Japan and the Philippines.

Although there are no definite details yet — date, time and venue — Glorious Entertainment said all details and additional schedules will be announced at a later date on its official website and official SNS account.

Chang-wook starred as the lead role in several Korean TV series such as Smile Again, Healer, and Suspicious Partner.

He recently starred in action-crime film Fabricated City in 2017.

He served in the mandatory military in 2017, before being discharged this year.

Chang-wook is also an endorser of local clothing brand Bench.

Recently, Chang-wook posted an Instagram selfie with Filipino boxer and politician Manny Pacquiao, and his wife Jinky Pacquiao. — Angelica Y. Yang/LA, GMA News
