Gazini pays tribute to team behind her Miss Universe journey

Gazini Ganados took a week-long social media fast, following the Miss Universe coronation night.

But as soon as she came back, the beauty queen expressed her gratitude and love to the team behind her Miss Universe journey. 

On Tuesday morning, Gazini acknowledged about seventy individuals and organizations who supported her every step of the way, including designer Cary Santiago, United Arab Emirates model Wilhelmina Enjambre who introduced her to the industry, Empire Studios, and the Bb. Pilipinas Organization.

"Dedicating this post to the people behind our Miss Universe journey...What a journey it has been and I couldnt be prouder of us! Daghang Salamat Ninyo tanan!" she wrote in an Instagram post.

The 23-year old Cebuana also recognized her supporters, family and friends on Instagram.

In a separate post, she featured the work of @archibald.art depicting the young beauty queen standing alongside with former Miss Universe Philippines contestants such as Pia Wurtzbach and Catriona Gray.

"Walked on the Miss Universe stage with a pure heart, determination and a sole mission: to continue the legacy of the Philippines. Proud to have been given the opportunity to follow the footsteps of these Amazing, Empowered and Accomplished Filipinas," she wrote.
