Joyce Pring just gave the realest advice on how you can actually make progress on your New Year's resolutions this 2020.
The Kapuso star said she's been out of the loop the past few days as she felt overwhelmed upon seeing everyone's posts on how they spent the New Year and their plans in 2020.
Joyce reminded everyone to not feel pressured by all of the "amazing prompts."
She said people can overcome "life's biggest challenges" by taking "one tiny step at a time."
"Wanna go vegan? Skip the meat tonight for dinner. Wanna write more? Jot down 3 things you’re grateful for today. Have so many life goals you’d like to achieve?" she wrote.
"Do ONE intentional thing that brings you closer to it this week. Take that class. Make that phone call. Ask for that dinner out. Say that prayer. One tiny step forward is all we need to begin a habitual progress this #2020," she added.
Joyce hoped that her post would make other people "start seeing this new year with 'brand new eyes' - get it, 20/20?! Love lots."
