Cruz and her dance team performed their cover in front of the four members of BLACKPINK during a phone launch event in Indonesia.
During the last song, "Kill This Love", the BLACKPINK maknae Lisa covered her mouth with her hands, and looked visibly awe-struck. The other members—Jisoo, Rose and Jennie—were smiling in appreciation of the Pinay-led team's performance.
At the end of the event, the Pinay-led dance team won the "Awesome Cover" for their impressive and show-stopping performance. —Angelica Y. Yang/MGP, GMA News
