'The Clash' winners Jeremiah Tiangco and Thea Astley are now officially Kapuso artists

It looks like we'll be hearing a lot more from "The Clash 2" winners Jeremiah Tiangco and Thea Astley on GMA.

The Season 2 Grand Champion and 1st Runner Up signed a contract with GMA Artist Center on Tuesday.

Present during the signing were GMA Artist Center AVP for Talent Imaging and Marketing Simoun Ferrer and senior talent manager Joy Marcelo.

Jeremiah and Thea said they both felt very blessed and happy to officially be part of the Kapuso family.

They also couldn't help but feel nostalgic as they looked back at their "The Clash" journey.

"Nagkukuwentuhan lang po kami (ni Thea) na nakaka-sepanx po 'yung mga bagay, 'yung auditions, 'yung jeepney po namin sa The Clash," said Jeremiah.

"So ngayon, being an artist po, an official artist ng GMA, sobrang saya po namin," he added.

Jeremiah was crowned The Clash Grand Champion in December.

He and Thea went head-to-head in a final Clash, where Jeremiah belted out out to "I Believe" by Fantasia Barrino while Thea sang "A Natural Woman."
