Celebrity moms homeschool kids amid enhanced community quarantine


Celebrity moms have started homeschooling their children as classes were suspended amid the Luzon-wide enhanced community quarantine.

In Aubrey Carampel's report for "24 Oras," Kapuso actress Chariz Solomon was seen tutoring one of her sons in English and Math.

Cheska Kramer, the mother of Kendra, Scarlet and Gavin, decided to give her kids a fun challenge that tested their creativity.

She told her kids to write an essay about their reflections on the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19), with the title "Love in the time of coronavirus."

Aside from home schooling, Kapuso artist Yasmien Kurdi also endeavored to stay at home with her husband Rey and their daughter Ayesha, who played the piano.

Under the enhanced community quarantine, people are only allowed to leave their homes to buy food and medicine.

The number of confirmed COVID-19 cases in the Philippines climbed to 202 as the Health Department reported 15 new infections on Wednesday. --Angelica Y. Yang/MGP, GMA News
