Kapuso artists come together in an online show to raise funds for those affected by COVID-19 threat

Kapuso artists are live on the GMA Network Facebook page to entertain, stay connected with their fans amid the Luzon-wide quarantine, and help raise funds for those affected by the government's efforts to contain the COVID-19.

Some of the Kapuso stars who are part of the live show are Kapuso Primetime Royalties Dingdong Dantes and Marian Rivera, Christian Bautista, Julie Anne San Jose, Bea Binene, Betong, Rocco Nacino, and Derek Ramsay.

Dingdong said this crisis can teach Filipinos several things including "resiliency, as a family, as a community and as human beings. It teaches us how to be compassionate to others."

Meanwhile, each of our Kapuso favorites shared how else we can cope. Derek showed some workout tips and exercises people can do at the comfort of their own homes, while Julie Anne performed a heart-warming rendition of "Angel" on her piano.

The entertainment proves refreshing. Case in point: Rita Daniela and Ken Chan's kumustahan that led the other artists to say, "sa ibang chat room na lang kayo mag-usap."
