The actress posted a collage of two photos one from December 2019 and another from just this month, earning applause from fans and netizens.
In the caption she wrote, "When you want it bad enough, anything is possible. ? Dec 2019 - May 2020. ? Konti na lang! Idaan na lang natin sa kape at sa ngiti!"
In the comments section, her followers have been asking how she did it.
She revealed that she has been doing 16-8 intermittent fasting.
Asked if she's doing low-carb intermittent fasting, Lotlot replied, "No po. Just the regular IF. I still eat carbs. I love Rice!"
16-8 intermittent fasting involves eating during an eight-hour window time and 16 hours for fasting.
It is said to support weight loss, improve blood sugar, boost brain function and increase longevity.
