Megan admits she was jealous of Mikael's former love team partner Andrea Torres

On the latest episode of their podcast "Behind Relationship Goals," Megan Young revealed that she was jealous of Mikael Daez's former love team Andrea Torres.

"Mikael said 'yeah I have a new love team. I just wanna get to know her more para we become more comfortable with each other on the set' and 'I was like yeah that's cool because I've been there I've done that no big deal,'" Megan narrated.

But it was when Mikael told her that he will give Andrea a car ride home that Megan felt uncomfortable.

"I said, 'why is there a good reason you wanted to take her home?' and he said, 'well, I just thought that since I was going in that direction anyways and we're coming from a mall show and I just figured it would be nice so that I can get to know her more and then we're gonna talk,'" Megan narrated.

Megan then told Mikael that what she was worried he might be giving Andrea the wrong impression at that time.

"I think she was single at that time and, I don't want you to put any thoughts into her head, na galante ka. You're taking her home, baka isipin niya may gusto ka sa kanya," Megan explained.

"I don't want you to put these kinds of expectations in a love team. I want you to have a goal for your love team and if your goal is not to make her landi then you need to make her aware of that," she continued. "And Mikael was like, oh I'm sorry."

Mikael clarified that he and Andrea were coming from a workshop at Makati and that they were going back to GMA at that time.

Megan admitted that she was initially jealous.

"I was jealous that you were alone with another girl," she said.

"Bakit kailangan may iba siyang kasama sa kotse, na before he did that why couldn't he tell me ahead of time," she added.

Megan admitted there were thoughts running through her head since she knows that Mikael is "naturally flirty" when he talks to people.

Mikael admitted that "if I was going to look back in that story, Bonez was correct for calling me out."

"When I told Andrea 'hey come into my car and I'll take you to GMA let's drive there together' I understood the concern that Bonez voiced out and I was putting myself in a possible situation na baka may mangyari or may maramdaman si Andrea," Mikael said.

"You know, you never know, I was opening up to that opportunity that wasn't necessary, that was a step too far," he added.

At the latter part of their podcast, Mikael said that honest is the secret sauce between him and Megan.

"Just all out brutal honesty. Be honest. It's so difficult to be honest but it's the core of our relationship," he said.

"We flattened the jealousy curve," Megan added.

Mikael said being honest with each other "requires practice, trial and error, you will stumble."
