A SexBomb Christmas reunion? Rochelle Pangilinan says they plan to go 'caroling'

Rochelle Pangilinan's recent throwback to SexBomb's iconic Christmas album "Wish Ko Sa Pasko" got some netizens excited for a possible reunion.

But, in a recent virtual press conference, the group's founding member explained that she was only kidding when she captioned the post: "SexBomb on standby."

Nevertheless, Rochelle said she was very grateful to know their music remained in the hearts of many fans.

And, to return some of that love, Rochelle said she has invited fellow SexBomb singers to go "caroling" with her, even just virtually.

"Kanina lang, may dalawa nang sumagot sa 'kin na SexBomb singers. 'What if mangaroling tayo?' sabi ko. Kasi ganun naman eh. Bakit hindi tayo mag-pay it forward?" she said.

Rochelle also said she wanted to spread positive vibes amid the COVID-19 pandemic, so she was really hoping other members would say yes.

"Gusto ko laging nakakapagshare ng positivity, so bakit hindi tayo kumanta and para malaman nila ulit na kahit na hindi na kami buo as grupo, na ito kami, kaya naming mangaroling at mapasaya 'yung childhood nila, na heto nabubuo kami unti-unti para sa inyo, para [makapag]-share kami ng happiness," Rochelle said.

"So sana po pumayag din 'yung ibang SexBomb na magsama-sama kami ulit sa isang screen," she added.

Rochelle will appear in a special episode of "Wish Ko Lang" this September 12.
